Training and Adult education programmes

Beyond direct work with children in schools, a number of REF partners carry out educational initiatives for individuals who previously dropped-out of the system. Through adult literacy courses and other forms of training, these organizations support Roma adults to gain new competencies and improve the chances for accessing employment opportunities.
